Soup Bones

A customer informed me that he put one of these in his Ninja Pressure Cooker, ran it for about 45 minutes, allowed it to depressurize and then proceeded to have the best Beef Poutine ever, as he made a killer gravy with the juices and the meat was just perfect.  These are a meal unto themselves, tons of meat cut from the shank and often used for dishes like Ossobuco, or Poutine! lol
