Prime Grind

This is my daily go-to, and I mean daily.  This custom grind is packed with enough calories and nutrients that 1 package can get you through the day, as I have done many times.  In fact, I have several clients that have adopted this product into their menu, that we have a special package called Optimus Primal, which contains 40 lbs and is bought monthly.   

When starting out on Carnivore, you get tired of steaks after a while as does your wallet, so you end up looking for something more affordable and still tasty.  I tried ground sirloin, ground chuck, brisket, blade and none of it was the perfect fit.  Then I tried combining the round cuts, which regularly are full of flavor but a chore to chew through, with brisket, blade, increase the fat ratio to 25%, and found a winner!
