3 x Filtered Tallow

We wet render our tallow for 36 hours, then proceed with a washing cycle to remove as much odor as possible.  Depending on the final purpose of the tallow, it may require further processing, and our whipped version defines the term "Annoying" to a tee.  All of our tallow is sourced from pasture raised cattle, and makes a great addition for frying eggs, or deep frying anything, including steak!
