When we first got this cut, we were confused as none of our previous suppliers provided them?  Now we know, it is a rare extremely flavorful cut of meat that is generally overlooked and either included with other cuts, or sent to grind.  It has become a famous cut with the rise of Brazilian Steakhouses, as it is called the Picanha steak.
