Prime Grind

All of our meat is sourced from Prime grade animals which are grass fed and grain finished.  One of the most economical methods to attain a good source of nutrients while on the carnivore diet is with ground beef. Through research we have discovered that there are varying levels of quality associated with each grind option, or for the best flavor and fat to protein ratio.  With this in mind, we have chosen to have our ground meat designed in a way to incorporate all the best flavor and texture, through having the Blade, Inside Round, Outside Round Eye of Round and Brisket all sent to ground.  You can now enjoy a much heartier tasting ground meat with this mixture, and it averages out to an 75%/25% protein to fat ratio.
