Ground Beef

This ground meat stands out from the crowd, as it doesn't have that cardboard like taste you generally find in the store bought variety.  Yes, I am biased as I have grown to prefer dry aged meat, and just cannot go back.  When you cook any of our grinds, you don't find a soupy mess of random liquids, and having to basically boil your meat as it cooks.  What liquid is found is tallow, which aids in adding flavor and tenderness.  Whether you are eating it by itself, or adding it to a larger meal; our ground beef will be a great addition to your plate. 

  Our ground beef comes in a high fat version only, which averages out to roughly 75%/25% protein to fat ratio.
