Ground Beef 4 oz/6 oz Patties

My supplier introduced me to his version of burgers with my grinds, and I haven't eaten them the same since.  As burgers they are awesome, the same thickness as a Big Mac, and are perfect to make stuffed burgers! 

Simply take Sour Cream, Cream Cheese, Cheddar, Mozza, your choice of spices and combine in a mixer, for strict carns, omit the spices and look for aged cheddar/pizza mozza.  Take the patties and bring them to room temp, then season them to your liking, and place a heaping tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the middle.  Place another patty on top and slowly rotate and pinch the sides together, and in the end you should have a stuffed burger.  Place them on a hot grill, rotate with dual flippers, one on the top and bottom, then at roughly 4 min a side, you have perfectly cooked burger. 

  Our ground beef patties comes in a high fat version only, which averages out to roughly 75%/25% protein to fat ratio.
